Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BINDER (the "Service"), operated by Bentontech Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may hold only one account. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 21.

2. What BINDER is — and is not

BINDER helps adults who have chosen to be visible find each other and arrange to meet at public venues. We do not conduct background checks or verify identity, criminal history or the accuracy of profiles, and we do not guarantee anyone's conduct or your safety. Venues listed are not affiliated with or endorsed by us unless stated.

3. Your safety

• Meet only in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and arrange your own transport.
• Never share your home address or financial information with someone you have not met.
• Use Report and Block for anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten, stalk or harm anyone; post sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content; impersonate others or use photos that are not of you; solicit money or commercial services; use the Service for escorting or trafficking; scrape, spam or interfere with the Service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. AI suggestions

The chat assistant generates conversation and venue ideas automatically. They may be inaccurate; use your own judgement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Intellectual property

BINDER™, its name, logo, design and software are owned by Bentontech Solutions. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bentontech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user online or offline. Any cap on our total liability will be set out here once reviewed by counsel.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Messaging

Chat opens only after both members agree to connect. Messages are visible only to the two matched members. Do not use chat to send threats, explicit content, spam, links to scams, or requests for money. We may review messages that are reported to us.

12. Reports and blocks

You can report or block any member. Blocking immediately hides you from each other, ends any match and chat, and cancels pending hellos. Reports are private to you and us. Filing false or abusive reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

13. Third-party venues and map providers

Venue names and addresses may come from third-party map providers such as Google Maps, or be sample "DEMO" listings. We do not control venues, their safety, opening hours or accuracy of listings. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and dispute venue are to be determined with counsel before launch.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
